Terms and conditions

These terms govern the subscriptions (Asia Bulletin and Oportunasia Pro) and how to request our tailor-made services. You accept them by ticking the box “I accept the terms” before paying.

Who it is for

Companies and professionals who want to bid for tenders and projects financed by international institutions. If you contract as a consumer, you also have the rights described under “Right of withdrawal”.

What each subscription includes

Asia Bulletin: every week, by email, the tenders and projects in your sector in Asia and the Pacific financed by international institutions, hand-picked, with a summary in Spanish, or in your language on request (what is being bought, country, funder, amount if stated, deadline and link to the official notice). One sector per subscription. Oportunasia Pro: everything in the bulletin plus instant alerts when something in your sector is published, a full summary of the bidding documents for the tenders you ask us about and one written consultation with us per month.

Where the opportunities come from

From the public notices of the World Bank, other international financial institutions and the purchasing bodies. We are none of these institutions, we have no relationship with them and we play no part in their procedures. We do our best not to miss any opportunity in your sector, but we cannot guarantee that all of them appear or that the source data are complete. The official notice and bidding documents always prevail: check them before you bid.

Price and payment

Asia Bulletin: €149 per month per sector, or €1,490 per year per sector. Oportunasia Pro: €349 per month. VAT included. Payment is made with the methods shown on the payment page of MONEI, a payment institution authorised by the Bank of Spain. The first charge is made when you subscribe and then every month (or year) on the same date. We email you an invoice for each charge, in your company’s name if you give us its details.

Term, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. There is no minimum term. For the annual plan we email you 30 days before renewal. You can cancel at any time by writing to [email protected]: you will not be charged again and you keep the service until the end of the period paid for. Except in the case of withdrawal, the part of the period already paid is not refunded.

Right of withdrawal (consumers only)

If you contract as a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 calendar days of contracting, without giving reasons, by writing to [email protected] or using the form below. Before you pay, we ask you to tick a box confirming that you want the service to start straight away, that you know that if you withdraw you will pay the proportional part of the service provided up to then (art. 108.3 of the Spanish consolidated General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users) and that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided (art. 103.a). We refund the rest by the same payment method within 14 days at most. Renewals carry no right of withdrawal. When you subscribe, we email you confirmation of the contract with these terms.

Use of the bulletin

It is for your company’s internal use. You may not resell it, publish it or forward it systematically to third parties.

Tailor-made services

Requesting a quote for the services “Bridge service”, “Tender support on commission” or “Internationalisation funding” does not commit you: we send it in writing within 1 working day. The assignment only starts once you accept the quote and we sign the service contract, which sets the fixed fee, any success fee and what each party does. The award decision belongs to the buyer: we do not guarantee any award.

Liability

We are responsible for providing the service with due diligence. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the bulletin, for errors or omissions in the official notices or for deadline changes published by buyers. If you are a consumer, none of this limits your statutory rights.

Personal data

We process your data to provide the service, charge for it and invoice it. More information in the privacy policy.

Changes

If we change these terms or the price, we will email you at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they apply.

Language, law and complaints

The contract may be concluded in Spanish, Catalan, French, English or Portuguese. It is governed by Spanish law. For any complaint, write to [email protected]. If you are a consumer, you may also go to the courts of your place of residence and to consumer arbitration boards.
